How can unlock my phone to any sim

Hello @Emad4 ,

Welcome to the community,

How long have you had your phone and did you get it from EE, as they should now all be unlocked.

If that is not the case and you got it from EE, you can do this via the My EE App or via the website. If you log in via My EE App, click on the icon at the right top and then settings and permission, you will see unlock your device, you should be able to do it there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad.
