Galaxy Watch LTE Set-Up Help

Good Morning....   i am looking for help on setting up my Galaxy Watch 46mm,  I have read all the many different posts on how to do this, but i still have no joy.  When i open the wearable app and go into mobile plan, my EE account is already on it, but i have never had the option to view or change, or pay for anything, and also on my watch screen when i pull down from the top it is showing mt that i have cellular connection. Yet i dont, as it doesnt work when i am away from my phone.  So can someone tell me what i need to do thanks.
