Hello there ,
im here to complain and report the same issue we all costumers go through which is after buying the phones there is no communication or loyal information we can follow to track our parcel , we have to receive the order on the specific date I have been getting ,, I paid for my parcel a week ago and anytime I contact Apple they giving me a lie or excuse , if the issue is the luck of the phones are running out then don’t let us buy it and wait ages without a phone to work with

@Mohamed27 not sure why you’re contacting Apple if you order through EE it’s got nothing to do with Apple.
what phone did you order storage size and colour ?
you’ll get no information about tracking a device until a device can be allocated to you but again please answer my question above.

@Mohamed27 if you order online there’s no store can help you with this as it was an online order the stores has nothing to do with it.
when a device out for delivery to you you’ll be notified about this delivery.
