Hey all, I ordered a backbone on the shop about 2 weeks ago but after confirmation of the order, I hadn't heard anything for a week. I called customer services but they told me that the item was out of stock even though it is showing as available and I was told that the website updates stock levels every Thursday (which seems a little strange). I checked again today and its still showing as in stock - has anyone else had issues ordering this, or have had success ordering it? Cheers
