Hello, I’m having trouble getting game pass added. We have broadband and the game pass came as part of the package but we’ve never been able to activate it since November. Please can someone help.

It just comes up as cancelled and I have never received a code, I think I just assumed it would roll over from BT

Hello. My Xbox game pass has been showing as cancelled since November. I’ve been advised a code will be emailed within 5 days…..nothing.   I’ve been told to contact Microsoft as it’s their issue to fix…..they have said it is not. 
I am paying an extra £12 for a service I am not receiving. Please can someone help.
