Travel data pass pricing

The travel data pass terms and conditions state different prices to those on the website. I guess they haven't been updated for a while but wonder where we stand legally as the Ts & C's are supposed to be what the two parties agree to . . .

Yes, it looks like the TDP T&C's (April 2023) are out-of-date:

  • 500MB for £6.26 a day Countries included: Canada and the USA.
  • 500MB for £7.84 a day Countries included: Australia, China, India,
Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and UAE.
  • 150MB for £7.84 a day Countries included: Albania, Andorra, Argentina,
Armenia, Bangladesh, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Chile,
Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia,
Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia,
Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan,
Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Sri Lanka,
    Taiwan, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela.

But the Pay Monthly Price Guide (March 2024) has:

Travel Data Pass

  • £6.74 a day – 500MB of data in Canada, USA
  • £8.45 a day – 500MB of data in Australia, China, India, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey & UAE
  • £8.45 a day - 150MB of data in 45 other destinations, including Brazil, Jamaica & Japan

A quick calculation shows that the prices in the current Price Guide are about 7.8% (give or take a 0.1%) above those in the T&C's, about the %age of this year's CPI + price change. Which leads me to the conclusion that the TDP T&C's haven't yet been updated for this year's CPI + price change.

The Roaming Tool @ https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs will give the same up-to-date prices as the Price Guide.
