NHS perks!  I can't register as my email is already registered but can't log-in as my account has been deactivated. 

I was hoping to upgrade but not sure now please help!

Have you tried hitting the 'reset password' link and then log back in to verify?

Yes tried that it’s deactivated nothing  seems to be working
