Hello,
I signed up to EE perks through my NHS email on Saturday 17th Feb 2024, I activated my account through my NHS email. However, I can no longer log into the EE perks site using my regular email address (or NHS email address), and when I request new password, I do not receive an email allowing me to reset password. Please can you help ?

Have you had an email from the perk team confirming the account has been set up and to verify the details?

This can take 1-2 working days, please check the work email junk/spam folders and let me know if you have an email after this timeframe 🙂

When I enter email address and password, it says login details supplied are invalid
and when I try to reset password, I don’t receive an email to reset
