Unable to manage mobile

I have just switched from BT to EE. I can not find my devices on the web page or the app. I have linked the device and tried to do it again but it says already linked - yet when I click on ‘manage movie device’ I just get a blank page.

Could you try linking the accounts on a different device or browser please?
