I have increased spend cap in the past and forgotten how to do that. I have seen someone else advised to put Roaming on as well. Any help appreciated.

What is your query about using your phone in Europe?

If you are on pay-monthly, you can activate the free roaming facility by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK
