Currently have no service on two devices.. No mobile data, No service or signal on either and EE app not loading as it should. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Lack of mobile data would be a consequence of no mobile service. Assuming the issue remains, what have you tried thus far?
Toggling flight mode and restarting the devices is a good first step towards identifying the source of the issue.
