Music streaming on Holiday?

Going to Antigua and I would like to use my music from Apple Music from my iPhone..

Not sure how this works outside the EU, grateful for advice please and costs. Data purchase?

If you have a playlist you keep going back to - You can download it to play offline, so internet won't be needed
