Hi @anuvc798

Have you tried restarting your device.

Have you checked EE network status checker:

https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I did try restarting my device, checked the network status checker and more but to no avail.

The status checker serves 2 purposes.

"Check coverage" - what is the predicted service in this area?

"Check status" - are there any known issues here? Subsequent options for "report a problem" or "keep me posted" depending.

Which options have you followed?

Hi I checked the status and it says no problem even though it has affected 2 of my devices which both run on EE sim respectively, its been the issue from 7.00pm yesterday

Thanks for getting back to us @BOSSCHAD

You should be able to report the issue using the network checker.

Please ensure you are selecting status then the option to report a problem will appear.
