I don't use much data - I have 3GB per month and it always lasts no problem. Three days after the refresh I got the 80% warning - twenty minutes later, yes twenty minutes - the 100%. What's that about? Anybody have similar?

What device are you using? 

Do you use WiFi when at home and for app/software updates?

Has your WiFi connection been OK? 

If you go to Settings > Mobile Data and scroll to the bottom, is 'Wi-Fi Assist' enabled?

Wifi all good - Wi-Fi. Assist not enabled - I literally lost the remaining 20% of my data in under half an hour while not using the phone at all. I have purchased a 2GB add-on, not happy.

Hi @johnAKAmark,

Have you checked your mobile data usage by app to see if any particular apps are using more data than you'd expect?

Go to Settings > Mobile data to check.
