Shared plan

Hi, I've got a shared plan with my wife. It's her account with me as an added line.

To allow access to the data sharing do I need to create my own ee account or do I sign into hers from my phone?

So two sign-ins to the one account?

Or do I create my own account and then link it with hers to allow the data sharing?

Thanks

Hi @GordonR1,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

To benefit from data gifting, both phones will need to be on the same account. Only the account holder can gift data via My EE.

Find out more in How do I gift my data and set controls?

If they both have the EE app and use the same log in they both have the same permissions? That’s what I do.

Hi @Username5025,

Yes, any device that is logged in to the account holder's My EE account will be able to gift data.
