EE network speed

Have been testing EE with a 4GEE mobile router, and then a 120GB prepaid sim

to see if i could get adequate speed to replace my fixed line broadband. All along was

getting 30-50Mb download with the 4GEE device, upgraded to a Huawei router and

was getting better 35-60Mb right up until the day i ordered an unlimited Sim at £37

per month. Then guess what, i can now get no better than 10-18Mb download and

most of the time less than  1Mb upload. Can i cancel the Sim order, it will be completely

useless if this is best i can get.

@itretail : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
