Data not working on an iphone SE 2022

UPDATE!!

And as if by magic (10 minutes after posting this message) my data started working.    Judging by some other messages on here I'm guessing it was a network problem.

 

Hello,

I have upgraded to an i-phone SE 2022.   I transferred everything over from my old phone to the new one this afternoon and everything is working apart from the data.

My data is not working even though I know from the app that I have plenty left for this month.   Next to the wifi symbol on the phone it says "no service".

I have tried everything obvious including switching the phone off and on again, turning the airplane mode on and off, changing the data from 5G to 4G, checking my mobile data, switching my roaming on and off and switching the wifi off and on again. 

I'm also not able to call from my mobile on 150.  I'm assuming this is because the mobile data isn't working.    I've called from my landline but was put in an endless queue.

Any advice?  Thank you.
