I ran out of data last month and was offered an unlimited package for a similar cost to what i was already paying for 20GB. Brilliant I thought, until I got my bill and saw the 'similar cost' was additional to my existing package, over doubling my bill.
I recommend a line saying "this is ontop of your existing costs" or a generator of *this is what your monthly bill will look like*
I then had to spend time contacting EE to organise cancelling this which proved to be rather more complicated than i had hoped.
Please sort this out, as it feels like false advertising.
