5G speeds and NSA/SA?

I've just been able to get 5G in the Cambridge area...

My connection was NSA and my maximum speed (near to the tower) was about 140 MB down. Interestingly a 4G/LTE connection has very similar speed... I would think the limiting factor is the network connection rather then the cellular connection - what speeds to other people get on a 5G connection?

Also, does EE use SA yet in the UK?

Cheers!

Not an easy question to answer as we're talking bandwidth over radio signals so there's always going to be plenty of variables.

Cellular connectivity is always going to be the limiting factor in Speed, good speed on 4G and 5G networks relies on many factors, good signal strength, good signal quality from the mast, and  good bandwidths which is more achievable with carrier aggregation and MiMo.

No UK Networks currently run SA Mode at the moment, although Vodafone do have some trial sites, both EE and Three currently use 5g NSA with  ENDC giving slightly better 5G options on Coverage over non 5G ENDC Networks.

Best I've had on EE is around 700mbs on 5G and around 430mbs on Full Fat 4G.
