Slow mobile broadband

My EE sim Broadband is very slow in multiple places, I tried to remove the sim and re insert it again, but still no improvement.

Which mobile WiFi device are you using? 

Has this just started happening in these locations?

Sorry I meant mobile sim card Internet is the issue, not WiFi. I am using
EE, samsung galaxy S9

Are calls and texts affected? 

Can you access websites and apps still or do you get an error when you try?

Calls, texts and pre installed apps are working fine. I can't access any
website though browser.
