My hotspot is working for everything else besides my PS5. It has this message “You internet service provider or your router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting the internet…” please help!

Yes I have restarted multiple times. It has never previously worked I have to connect it to my mobile hotspot instead of the 4G WiFi for it to work.

Sorry, I think I misunderstood. Are you saying it is working with the personal hotspot from your phone, but not your 4G WiFi device?
Have you tried forgetting the network and re-setting it up?
