Hi,

 

Unsure where to leave positive feedback, so hoping someone from EE can pass this message on?

Laura, from the Skegness shop, was absolutely INCREDIBLE in helping both my Mum and Dad upgrade their phones. She was really personable and took the time to make sure she was providing the best contract and phone for them. She took care and pride in her service and I really felt like she was listening. 

Please pass a rating of 10/10 to Laura…she is an asset to the Team!
