Call of Duty MW III disk read error?!

I recently ordered a couple of copies of MW 3 and neither disks will read in xbox.

Firstly strange that neither work, has there been any reported issues, ei maybe youve sent out a different regional game copy?

I cant find the orders in the returns section, and when i phoned the standard customer services number they said theres a section in the store that i can get support from, however I cant find that either.

Is there a direct number I can call or?

Thanks in advance.
