Trying in vain to get a Sim reconnected

On Friday the 10th October my Daughter who is a paramedic was robbed of her phone wile on a call out,wile that was bad enough trying to get her reconnected via a new Sim as been almost impossible via 150 and webchat is as much use as **bleep** on a fish.. ive lost count of the amount of times ive been accidentally disconnected or been told to await another 24hrs as the wrong sim has been activated even thou the sim serial number has been stated every time.......and just when you think your getting somewhere the message sorry where improving your app pops up and disconnects you....

Wow just Wow......beyond **bleep**ed off....

Hi @Evo628 

I'm really sorry to hear about your daughter's phone, that's awful. When was the last time you spoke to someone on 150? Are you near an EE Store? They would be able to replace and register a SIM there and then for you, if you're the account holder and have photo ID.
