Please i would want an explanation to this and way forward because this was the reason why i changed provider in the first place… may I know the kind package I'm on ?

I need to way forward because what I was told is different from what I’m experiencing now plssss

@Bimmzz01  is that for a contract or PAYG ?  What does your EE account  say ?
