I have an all inclusive package at £77 a month and yet again with unlimited everything date calls texts my bill is nearly £100 why and when iv tried to call no answer and went to the chat service instead of helping me with my questions I received 17 marketing texts from 150 and 1234 numbers it’s a joke

Have you checked the breakdown of your bill, which you can review either via the EE App or by logging in to your account via the website?

I would otherwise suggest speaking to customer service, when ringing them, there could be a wait, as they are obviously busy with other customers, the same goes for live chat, unfortunately, you will have to be patient, it is not a joke, but maybe seen to you as so, if they are on a call to a customer, then you do have to wait until someone is available to speak or chat to you.
