i’ve recently paid a bill early on the 26th april but my direct debit isn’t due till 2nd may will i still be charged on the 2nd of may or no as i’ve paid it early?

@leah0999  If you’ve been billed already then the DD has already started and payment will still be taken via the DD.   If you haven’t received he bill yet then the payment you’ve made will be used.  
 
DD is an automatic process once billed and making a manual payment doesn’t stop the DD.   

If you have received the bill then this payment will sit on your account and be used for the next month bill.
