Recently I contacted EE over weak signal (non-existent). After severals months and me paying £300 for new phone as was told it was issue with it, we finally came to an agreement to cut each other’s loses and I could leave. This hasn’t been the case, they have upgraded my phone after agreeing to send me a bag to return phone and allow me to leave. This has got to have been the worst network ever, consistently saying one thing and doing another

Pls don’t listen to all the noise that we are the biggest network. EE is the worst network thank goodness I’m leaving

@Ron111 That’s good to know. Personally I don’t have any issues just like the majority of customers. Just to add other network have issues as well nothing is perfect.
