Hi @Mi110,
If your plan includes the Upgrade Anytime benefit, there'll be no early upgrade charges if you trade in your old phone.

If you'd like to discuss your upgrade options with a member of our upgrades team, please get in touch on 150.

I am looking for new phone? I can see I would have to pay upfront fee but I am within 100 days mark to get free upgrade as long as it's more then my monthly payment now ?

I am unable to contact through 150 as my phone has died through water damage. Would I be able to discuss upgrade options on here please?

We have no account access here on the community to discuss your upgrade options.
You can view your options by logging in to your EE account online.
