Morning, 

I requested a call from you guys last week to discuss my upgrade plans, but I didn’t receive it. It appears my contract ended on the 24th August. 

Does this affect my upgrade with you guys? I just wanted to talk through details about my upgrade and what deals I can get.

Welcome to the community,

It is your minimum term that ends, but your contract will continue, and if the upgrade, for any reason has not been activated, ring customer service and speak to them, they can take a look for you, as you can upgrade anytime.

I would definitely speak to the upgrade team, and they can look at what deals you can get and the best ones for you etc.

This is always how I do it, by speaking to the upgrade team.
