Hi, I have 2 contracts with EE. It says I can upgrade on both, I have managed to upgrade on my main number but when ever I try to use the app or website to browse upgrade options for my 2nd contract I keep encountering a 'somethings gone wrong' error on the app and an 'Unsupported' webpage saying that I can't upgrade [main contracts number not 2nd number] right now but to check if I have other devices. When I click this I get a server not found page. I can't even see what options I have.
