Well I ring up today after speaking to someone yesterday. Told them about issue with misses phone sounds like under water. She dropped it couple of times. Speak to them today saying got pay £200 and £30 upfront fee to upgrade anytime. None of this was put forward to me yesterday not saying any issue with the phone that we got pay more.to cover cost of a new phone. I'm very disappointed in ee. If I was told this I wouldn't of called them today shocked

Is the £200 an early upgrade fee and the £30 an upfront cost for the new handset?
