I'm looking to "upgrade anytime", if I do it in store do I have to hand my old phone in at the same time?

@AshT453  You can do.  Just don’t factory reset it before you go and you can transfer everything over to the new device in store.

I'd rather transfer everything over at home before sending it back so I know I'm fully set up on my new phone before sending my old one back? Is that possible or would I have to do it online?

Hi @AshT453. 

If you wish to do the transfer at home I'd recommend ordering your upgrade online and a trade in return pack will be sent to your home address.
