Hi there.
I've been trying to call EE to unsuspend my account but as there's no network available I am unable to do so. I can't even pay my bill online or through the app as it says there's a problem and to try again later.
How do I sort 5his issue out. I've also tried the 360 number but again no network available.

@Stu152737 No point in try to make any calls to customer services if your line is suspended for none payment, it’s still a call that requires a working signal. If you have account login issues you will have to call customer services from a different phone to request an account reset. While on the phone you can sort out this payment. You can call 0800 9566000
