I had my services restricted but I’ve now paid my bill via calling 360 and paying on my card but my services are still not working

When exactly did you pay your bill? It can take upto 24hours for service to be restored following suspension.

I paid it about 9pm tonight but usually it’s on within the hour if not sooner
