See your Itemised Usage

Hi there I was wondering if some one could tell me how I see my usage do u see it on your monthly bill or is there another way of seeing it like text mins and data  any help will be very much grateful

@Den123 : Only if you are paying £2.50 pm for Itemised Billing. It is not retrospective.

@XRaySpeX  So do I have to ask customer service  about this won’t it show on the  monthly line rental bills

Indeed so - if you request chargeable itemised billing enabled, it will be effective from that point onwards.

@bristolian  And that will show your mins text and data on the my ee app is that right 

It won't show any data as that's not recorded by usage, unlike calls & texts.
