Hi I wish to return my iPhone 14 got on 27th June can’t afford it now is there anyway around it please

I'd call EE asap to find out if there's a cooling off period on your agreement. But if you got it on June 27th, I'd call ASAP just in case it's a 14 day one.

Cooling-off periods are not a matter of contract but of legislation.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
