Refund and Trade in

I was over charged by £50, following numerous live chat conversation, i have been promised this refund, and received a text confirmation from EE that it has been processed, still no refund. I have also traded in a phone which i was offered a sum of money which i agreed, this was on 24/10/23, i still haven't received this, I was promised this payment by 15/11/2023 after raising two complaints, not sure where to go with this now??

Hi

I have just tried this on the app but i need to do it on my desktop as i had a previous conversation on my desktop during which i verified details of my complaint and i know that these conversations are kept for one year, this only took place in the previous few weeks, but on the app they cannot see the previous chats apparently?
