Recently left but still taken full amount

I have recently left at the end of my contract. I have been charged the full amount for the month. How do I get it back? I ported my number to my new provider. I had notified EE that i was going to leave. I thought I’d have got the refund by now.

@ProudyTinks     If you bill was issued before you ported your number then it started the automatic process of payment.

Refunds take around 5-7 working days.

Thanks Chris. I’ll wait a bit longer then, but it was about the 20 something of Jan and payment came out end Jan.

It's not the payment date that is the cut-off but your billing date which is about a week beforehand.
