Plan change has caused an increase in price, despite a decrease being shown

Hello,

I recently changed my plan as money is tight at the moment and I was looking for ways to decrease outgoings.

I was under the impression that my bill would be around £5 less after the change, however it has increased by over £10 (the image below suggests there will be over £5 less to pay). Before changing plan, I became aware that I may lose my discounts as a continued customer. Then I read that I would not lose my discounts, and the price was still showing lower. Therefore, I changed plan.

I can not change my plan until 30 days has gone by but I can not afford the increase.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi @Obfuscated

Thanks for coming here.

Did you upgrade to a new SIM Only plan?

Has the plan changed in your My EE account?

Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne,

No, I have a phone with a pay monthly contract that i have had for a little over a year. Yes, the plan has changed on My EE account. I have received a bill at the higher price.
