I have a contract for a phone and a sim and today it was supposed to be the direct debit. At 00:00 one transaction has gone through for my phone but I was just a bit short and the transaction for my sim did not go through. So then I just added the rest of the money needed on my card but the direct debit did not happen. Will they be taken the rest of the money today or do I have to give them a call and let them know what happened?  Thank you!

If we were unable to take a direct debit from your account, we will try and make a second attempt to collect the payment around 7 days later.
