I need to chat to someone about my line, I have already contacted you today about it and was assured that my line would be up and running as i have an arrangement in place but you have cut me off

Hi @Vicks2010

It can take up to 24 hours to activate a line that has been suspended. 

Since your post last night has service resumed?
