Issue with seeing plan/ subscribed and account updates

Hi I have an issue with viewing my plan/ subscribed and account updates. I get either grey or black screen without results. This is on the app that I'm having the issue.

Please can you try deleting and reinstalling the app and let me know if that resolves the issue?
