Hello all,
I have just went to make a claim on my current handset which is damaged (14 Pro Max) and on the page where I make the claim, the device sub-heading is listed as my previous handset (S22 Ultra) - so I cannot make the claim on my current handset.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so what was the resolution?
