Hi
ive got onto my EE app this morning to pay my daughters bill and it’s told me my account is closed and to pay my final bill. Why has my account been closed? I’ve not been notified about anything like this. I need to sort this out as my daughter needs her phone for school. Need this sorting asap.

Is the account in your name.
You are best calling EE CS on 150 as there is no account access on these forums.
