Had a notification/text from EE, apparently my account is in arrears! Log in to the app, to find that I have no direct debit set up and that I owe the previous months payment. No idea why my direct debit is no longer set up, and I had absolutely no notification to tell me that my previous payment was due, so I rightly assumed my DD was still set up and there was no problem with any payment. Now I’m told that I need to pay 2 months worth of bills all together, as well as a late payment charge, which I am not happy to do. I have not cancelled my DD myself, and am now worried this will also affect my credit, through no fault of my own.

Are you saying that you had a DD setup, and that it's been cancelled?

EE CS on 150 have access to your individual account and can advise further.
