I closed my account with EE in October, for some reason on my credit report it came back on as an active account and is having a negative impact on my report?? It says this happens when it's been dormant and then used again without payment?? I had no arrears and actually got a refund. EE told me to take it up with Experian and they told me to contact EE, no one can answer what's going on??

@Shish2345 : How did you close it? You know you had to give 30 days notice and pay during that notice period?

Hi, yep notice given and actually overpaid and was sent a refund via cheque. Doesn't make any sense??

No, it doesn't! A cheque refund on the contract should confirm it was cancelled. Could your credit report be reporting a diff older contract with EE?
