You will have to pay out the remaining of your contract minus 4% if you are not at the end of your minimum term.
You will need to get a PAC code if you want to keep your number, which you will need to give to your new provider, once you have the SIM card from them.
I suggest you ring Ee customer service first and speak to them and see what they can do for you.
