Hi I am trying to pay my bill which is due today but am unable to due to the app not working is there any other way I can pay as I don't want charges for late payment. Thank you

@Samkemp90   The app does work so try clearing your device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app.   You could try your online account but if you can not login to that  you need to call customer services and request an account reset.
