Hello, I have had a contract with ee for 16 months now and I want to pay off the rest of my contract. However, when I try to do anything on the website it just says that I'm not the account holder even though we changed it about a year ago. Any help is appreciated.

There are a few threads on this issue if you had searched.
Simply you set your account up incorrectly. You need to log into your online account then go to Account Settings and change your access from user to bill payer.
To pay off your account youll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
